Rob
Helm
Principal broker Rob Helm, CCIM, started Helm Commercial Real Estate to focus on leasing and brokerage of commercial office properties in Madison & Dane County, Wisconsin.
Professional Experience
Rob has been a Wisconsin real estate broker since 1974, handling exclusively
commercial real estate since 1995. His work accounts for over $60 million
in commercial real estate transactions throughout the Madison metro area.
Rob also served as the regional office manager for General Electric Asset
Management, Denver, Colorado, and as regional manager for Verex Assurance
Inc. in Madison.

Ben
Motiff
Manager, Ben Motiff joined Helm Commercial Real Estate in 2007, and is a Wisconsin licensed Real Estate Broker.
Professional Experience
Ben has prior experience in accounting, property management and construction
management. During college he started a business named College Bookkeeping,
which created and maintained accounting systems for a variety of businesses
including real estate brokerage firms, builders & developers and residential
investment owners. Ben has owned, rehabilitated and managed residential
rental property since 2003. He also has experience in construction: designing, building
and managing two extensive “down to the studs” remodels.

Steve Holtzman
Steve Holtzman, a real estate broker and former Madison alderman, brings a wealth of experience and high standards for customer service in joining Helm Commercial Real Estate.
Professional Experience
As a Wisconsin real estate broker
since 1981, Steve worked in residential real estate while managing the
sales and marketing of a large condominium project. Later at ELF Technologies,
he helped develop and implement executive coaching programs and integrated
them with PC-based communication tools. More recently, during Steve’s
decade of service on the Madison Common Council, he reviewed hundreds
of projects and helped build a better Madison while serving on the Urban
Design Commission and Plan Commission.

He was born and raised in Madison, attending
Madison public schools, MATC and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
